How can I place an order?

Why isn't my tracking information updating?

Returns & Refunds

What is Buyora's return period?

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items should generally be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by applicable packaging and accessories.

How do I request a return?
